On Friday, May 17th at 12 PM Eastern Time, Sharecare’s Behavioral Health team will be hosting a free workshop on mindfulness, behavior change, and habits.

Rob Suhoza and Jacqui Barnett, expert facilitators and habit change coaches, will guide the one-hour session. The interactive Habit Change Workshop will cover:

  • Introduction to habit change as it relates to anxiety, eating, and smoking
  • How we can use mindfulness to understand and change our habits
  • How to tap into curiosity and kindness
  • The importance of short moments, many times to build helpful habits
